Sarah Gierig

Sarah Gierig is a trained master baker and confectioner and Saxony's only chocolate sommelière.
Sarah works in her family business in the 3rd generation, the Gierig bakery in Neustadt and is the niece of our boss Tino Gierig.
Sarah is a successful participant in the TV shows "Das große Backen – die Profis" and "Das perfekte Dinner" as well as an integral part of the ARD Buffet programme.
